Learning about the weather through science investigations…

Class One have learnt about evaporation and the water cycle this week. It all started by listening to Little Raindrop by Joanne Gray. We watched a puddle disappear and observed our water evaporate, as it got warm in the bag. We also made rain gauges to collect and measure the rainfall. 🌧️
We explored how the sun changed the shadows on the ground by checking them regularly throughout the day. We talked about sun safety and how the sun gave us heat and light. 🌞
